  • Monday and Wednesday: 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 05:00 PM – 07:30 PM

  • Friday: 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM (morning only)

  • Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday: Closed

2. How can I request a free quote for my condominium?

You can contact the office directly using the form on the Contact page, by sending an email, or by calling us. We will assess the specific characteristics of your building to provide a transparent, tailored proposal.

3. What should I do in the event of an urgent breakdown or emergency in the building?

  • If the breakdown occurs during office hours: You can contact us directly using the details provided on the Contact page.

  • If the office is closed: For urgent emergencies, please refer to the contact numbers of the dedicated service providers posted directly on the condominium notice board. 

4. How can I pay my condominium fees?

Condominium fees can be conveniently paid via bank transfer, using the IBAN provided on the payment notice issued for your specific building. Alternatively, you can visit the office directly during reception hours to pay in cash or via POS.

5. How can someone become an ANACI member?

To become an ANACI (National Association of Condominium and Real Estate Managers) member, candidates must meet specific legal requirements, including holding a high school diploma and completing an initial training course followed by a qualifying examination. Subsequently, individuals can submit a membership application to their relevant provincial office—such as the Taranto branch—while committing to compliance with the code of ethics and mandatory continuous professional development required by law.
